Following completion of San Antonio section Maincon was engaged in 2016 to build the first stage of St Lucia section comprising a building of 312 crypts including 6 Family Vaults, Service Road and Porte Cochere.
The building features load bearing precast concrete wall panels with polished and sand blasted finishes.
The crypts modules are in precast concrete and the front removable panels are faced in Kashmir white granite.
The Building is light filled with extensive use of skylights and voids.
Surrounds are extensively landscaped accented with bronze statues and water features.
The project is due to be completed mid 2017.
