The building was designed and constructed to achieve a 4½ star NABERS energy rating. This was an essential requirement of the Commonwealth Government of Australia. This was a develop, design and construct contract for this government tenant.

The fit out of the building for the Centrelink offices including carpet, work stations , furniture and signage was separately completed by Maincon.
