Following completion of Stage 1 of the crypt development in 2009, Maincon was engaged in 2012 to build the ensuing stage comprising a single building of 256 crypts.

Similar in overall size to Stage 1, this building features load bearing precast concrete wall panels with polished and sand blasted finishes.

The crypts modules are in precast concrete and the front removable panels are faced in Kashmir white granite.
